Philips NE567D - tone-decoder/PLL : weekend die-shot

Die size 787x756 µm. Surprisingly, schematics are included in the datasheet (see below).




PS: This is comparison of as-imaged (gamma=1, no processing in imaging software at all) and processed photos (S-curve on RGB channels). No new colors - but they have become more saturated. Still no RGB illumination on my Olympus BX60 microscope, which would also increase saturation.
